JSCL honoured with SKOCH Award for good governance

JAMMU: The Jammu Smart City Limited (JSCL) has been conferred the prestigious SKOCH Award for Good Governance at the 100th SKOCH Summit, recognizing its remarkable contributions towards digital governance, citizen services and efficient municipal services delivery.

The award was received on behalf of Dr. Devansh Yadav, CEO of Jammu Smart City, by JSCL at a grand ceremony held at Silver Oak Hall, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
Later, in a formal event, General Manager (IT), JSCL Rohit Roshan handed over the award to Dr. Devansh Yadav.
Expressing his gratitude, Dr. Devansh Yadav stated, “This recognition is a testament to our commitment to transforming Jammu into a modern, smart, and citizen-friendly city. The relentless efforts of the entire JSCL team have played a crucial role in achieving this milestone.”
Instituted in 2003, the SKOCH Award is one of India’s highest independent honors, recognizing excellence in governance, services, technology, and inclusive growth. The award follows a rigorous evaluation process, ensuring that only projects with a significant impact on governance and public service delivery receive this prestigious recognition.
Jammu Smart City’s achievement in securing this award reinforces its vision for a modern, sustainable, and technologically advanced urban ecosystem.
