JAMMU: The Government on Wednesday transferred senior IPS and JKPS officers.
According to the order issued by Chandraker Bharti, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, Uttam Chand, IPS, currently IG (POS) HQ, has been assigned additional charges of IGP Headquarters PHQ J&K, IG (Tech), and IG (Telecom); Vinod Kumar, IPS, DIG Armed, Jammu, shall hold the charge of DIG IR Jammu in addition to his own duties; Mohd. Arshad, JKPS, Director, Home Guards, Jammu, shall hold the additional charge as DIG HG/CD & SDRF, Jammu.
Hariprasad K.K., IPS, currently awaiting adjustment, has been posted as Additional SP Baramulla; Kartik Shrotriya, IPS, as Additional SP Anantnag; Mukund Tibrewal, IPS, as SP OPS Border & Kandi Kathua; Sajad Ahmad Sheikh, currently Additional SP Anantnag, has been transferred as SP CTC Lethpora (Vice Principal); and Ghulam Hassan Sheikh, Additional SP Anantnag (Over All Reserve post), has been posted as Dy. CO IR-23, replacing Rameez Raja, who has been posted as Additional SP Anantnag (Over All Reserve post).
